We appreciate your trust in us to assist you in organizing your life so you can focus on enjoying it. If you are not completely satisfied with your Life in Order products, we are here to assist you.

Returns

You have a period of 10 calendar days to return an item from the date it was received. If the item was purchased as a gift, please reach out to us via email at admin@mailsbc.com for further information.

To initiate a return, please email admin@mailsbc.com. Our customer service team will provide you with a Return Request Form, and once it is filled out and approved, we will send you a Return Authorization email with detailed instructions for returning your product.

Please be aware: To qualify for a return, your product must be unused, unregistered, in new condition, and in its original packaging. The receipt with proof of purchase must accompany your return.

Refunds

Upon receiving your item, we will inform you that we have received your returned products. After inspecting your item and confirming that it has not been used or registered, we will update you on the status of your refund.

If your return is approved, we will process a refund to your credit/debit card or the original payment method. Typically, you can expect to see the credit within 5 to 7 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer’s policies.

Late or missing refunds

If you have not yet received a refund, please check your bank account again.

Next, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for your refund to be officially posted.

Then, reach out to your bank. There is often a processing period before a refund is reflected.

Sale items

Refunds are only applicable to regular priced items. Sale items are not eligible for refunds.

Exchanges

We will only replace items that are defective or damaged upon delivery. You have 10 days from the date of delivery to exchange your Life in Order product. If you wish to exchange it for the same item, please email us at support@lifeinorder.com to request a Return Authorization. We will send you a Return Authorization form and dispatch a replacement product once we receive your return.

Shipping Returns

To return your product, please mail it to the address specified in the Return Authorization email.

You will be responsible for covering your own shipping costs when returning your item. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your total refund amount.

The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot be held responsible for items that do not arrive safely to us.
